The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions. Please familiarise yourself with these definitions before using the 999cv platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and operate under a Curacao eGaming licence.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 999cv. Failure to comply may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• You must be at least 18 Years years old.
• You must have an active, valid mobile number and email address.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• You must register under your own name — using someone else's name is not permitted.
• Online betting must be legal in your country or region.

After registration, you are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone, and contact our support immediately if you notice any unauthorized access.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 999cv platform at all times. Failure to comply may result in the bet being voided.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 999cv itself initiates the cancellation.
• If odds change before an event begins, the odds on any already-confirmed bet will remain unchanged.
• If a technical error causes odds to be displayed incorrectly during live betting, 999cv reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on information obtained through any illegal means is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100 per bet, and the maximum limit is determined by the specific market.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.

999cv offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. By claiming any of these bonuses, you automatically agree to the terms below.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus must meet a specified wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted (typically 5x to 30x).
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited, or they will be automatically removed.
• Eligible Bets: Some bonuses require bets to be placed at a minimum specified odds (e.g. 1.5 or higher).
• One bonus per: Each promotional offer can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 999cv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these terms and conditions may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering with false information or opening an account under someone else's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

999cv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• For violating any part of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of false information or identity fraud is found.
• If evidence of being underage is found.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• Upon the user's own request under our Responsible Betting policy.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance will be refunded; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection.
• For issues arising from third-party technical failures.
• Any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
• During unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
